Dental Plans

We offer both Traditional Preventive Dental Service Plans and Dental Plans with no Waiting for Major Services.  Our networks of dental professionals are large. Click on the links for more information and to enroll.

Our plans offer 2 to 3 cleanings per year depending on your medical needs.

This plan has no annual maximums, no deductibles to meet and no waiting periods for extractions, root canals or other major services..  The Summary of Services lists the rate that the member pays for fillings and major dental services.

No waiting for Crowns, Bridges, Root Canals, Extractions, and Repairs to Dentures or broken teeth.

Office Visits are as little as  $10 plus the cost of the service performed.  Cleanings are no charge.
