If you are turning 65, you are eligible for your Medicare Health Plans. You must contact the Social Security Administration to enroll and receive your Medicare Card before you can enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan. You may may qualify for short-term plans prior to eligibility for Medicare. If you are between the ages of 60-64, click here for plans.
You must be eligible for Medicare Part A and/ or eligible for Medicare Part B to qualify for Medicare Advantage Plans. Medicare Advantage Plans include Hospital and Physician Coverage. Some also include Prescription Drug Plans. Click here for a short video on Medicare plans.

Medicare Supplement Plans are also known as Medi-Gap Plans. These plans are used with traditional Medicare Plans to cover out of pocket copays and deductibles. These plans do not include prescription drug coverage.
To qualify for Prescription Drug Plans you must have a Medicare Card with Medicare Part A and Part B.
You may qualify for Extra Help to assist with out of pocket medical and prescription expenses.
